At Forgex Speed, we understand that custom center caps for forged wheels are both important for the aesthetic and the function of the wheels. The first step of our center cap production begins with choosing aeronautical grade 6061-T6 aluminum, and, as the name implies, it is great for producing center caps, as it is both lightweight and strong. After that, we use our modern forging techniques by applying 12,000 tons of pressure in our forging process to produce a great base for our wheels. Each center cap is designed, machined, and assembled with the use of a CNC and correlating technology to accomplish a perfect assembly that goes with the design of the wheel. Our focus for our clients is on the custom options that extend to color, logos, and type of finish so that the top of the wheel cap matches with the overall vision of the wheel.
