Monoblock Wheels: Forged Strength & Lightweight Performance

We utilize 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminum in the production of our wheels, which is strong and light in density. During our forging process, we exert extreme pressure which converts some of the molecular structure of the aluminum, making it more dense and more durable than the structure of traditional cast wheels. Also, traditional cast wheels generally have weak points in the structure. Because our wheels are designed as single piece cast wheels, we have eliminated weak points that can compromise performance and stability, even in extreme conditions. As a result of our sophisticated CNC (computer numerical control) machining technology, we are able to create a high degree of precision in wheel fit and finish. To ensure our wheels are reliable, consistent and perform as designed, we conduct a series of exhaustive tests under ordinary and extreme conditions.  All our wheels comply with new international wheel standards.
