Custom Order Cancellation

Custom orders include a design stage. A USD 50 design fee applies if you cancel after drawings or 3D renderings are provided. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Q1: How do you ensure product quality?

A: All FORGEX forged wheels are manufactured in-house using 6061-T6 forged aluminum and a 12,000-ton forging press. CNC machining provides precise fitment, while every wheel undergoes 100% inspection for balance, air leakage, dimensions, and surface finish. Our facility is IATF 16949 certified, with applicable JWL/VIA, DOT, and TÜV compliance available for qualified products.

Q2: What is the delivery time?

A: Monoblock wheels typically take 15–25 days; chrome adds approximately 10–15 days; 2-piece/3-piece wheels usually take 25–35 days. Production photos and videos are available. Shipping is available by sea, air, rail, or door-to-door service.

Q3: What can I customize?

A: We support 17"–30" sizes, 7J–16J widths, custom PCD, ET, center bore, finishes, center caps, and logo engraving. Available finishes include brushed, polished, painted, dual-tone, and chrome. Vehicle fitment can be confirmed before production.

Q4: What materials and structures are available?

A: We use 6061-T6 forged aluminum for Monoblock (1-Piece), 2-Piece, and 3-Piece wheels. Styles include Deep Concave, Deep Lip, Step-Lip, Floating Cap, H-Style, and custom designs.

Q5: Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

A: Yes. We provide custom design, fitment development, logo engraving, center caps, branded packaging, 3D renderings, and product photography for OEM/ODM projects.

Q6: What is your MOQ?

A: Retail: 1 set / 4 wheels.
Wholesale: 60 pcs per specification/finish, with color mixing available.
OEM/ODM MOQ can be discussed based on the project.

Q7: Do you provide design support and real photos?

A: Yes. We provide real production photos/videos, HD marketing assets, 3D renderings, and fitment confirmation before production.

Q8: What is your warranty?

A: We offer a 3-year structural warranty under normal road use. Finish warranty follows the confirmed PI. Warranty excludes impact, curb damage, chemical corrosion, improper cleaning, racing/overload, improper tire mounting, and unauthorized modifications.

Q9: What should I know about chrome plating?

A: Triple-chrome requires an additional 10–15 days. Minor conductive pin marks or tiny specks may appear on the inner barrel due to the electroplating process. These are normal process characteristics and are generally not visible after tire mounting.

Q10: What is your return policy?

A: Serious quality issues or specification mismatches should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom wheels are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed quality or specification issue caused by FORGEX. For transit damage, please report within 48 hours and keep all packaging.
