A: All FORGEX forged wheels are made in-house from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum using 12,000-ton forging and precision CNC machining. Every wheel is 100% inspected for balance, air leakage, and surface finish, and tested to JWL / VIA standards for strength, fatigue, and impact resistance.

Q2: What is the production lead time?

A: Monoblock forged wheels typically require 15–25 days. Chrome-plated finishes may add 10–15 days, while 2-piece and 3-piece wheels usually take 25–35 days. We provide photo and video updates during production.

Q3: What customization options are available?

A: We offer 17–30 inch sizes, custom PCD, offset (ET), center bore (CB), finishes, floating center caps, and logo engraving. Popular bolt patterns include 5×112, 5×114.3, 5×120, 5×127, 5×130, and 6×139.7.

Q4: What warranty do you provide?

A: Every FORGEX forged wheel is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser under normal road use, reflecting our confidence in the strength and durability of our 6061-T6 forged aluminum construction. Standard painted, brushed, polished, and chrome finishes are covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, curb rash, improper tire installation, chemical corrosion, racing, overloading, or unauthorized modifications.

A: Every FORGEX forged wheel is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser. Serious quality issues or specification mismatches can be reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom vehicle-specific orders are non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect exists. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with all original packaging retained.
