Q1: How do you ensure product quality?
A: All FORGEX forged aluminum wheels are manufactured in-house using 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum and pressed under 12,000-ton forging force to ensure high strength, lightweight structure, and uniform density.
Each monoblock forged wheel and multi-piece forged rim is CNC-machined with ±0.02 mm precision, guaranteeing perfect balance and fitment.
All wheels meet JWL / VIA standards and pass impact, cornering, and fatigue tests, ensuring reliability for performance cars,trucks, and SUVs.
Our factory is TS16949, DOT, and TÜV certified, and every custom forged wheel undergoes 100% inspection for balance, air leakage, and surface finish before shipment.

Q4:What about warranty and surface notes (chrome)?
* Structural Warranty: 3 years under normal road use.
* Finish Warranty: Standard painted/brushed/polished finishes per PI; maintenance required (no acid cleaners).
* Chrome Plating Notice: Triple-chrome requires a longer lead time. Due to the electroplating process, minor conductive pin marks or tiny specks may appear on the inner barrel. These are process characteristics and are not visible after tire mounting, therefore not considered defects.
*Exclusions: Damage from impact/curb rash, chemical corrosion, improper cleaning, racing/overload, wrong tire mounting, or modifications not authorized by Forgex.
Q5: What materials and structures are available?
