Fitment & Design
The Forgex Speed G80 M3 setup combines a 19-inch front and 20-inch rear staggered configuration, engineered to achieve a flush fitment without spacers or camber adjustment.
The front ET12 and rear ET5 offsets are selected to follow the factory body contours, filling the wheel arches with a balanced stance while maintaining proper clearance for suspension movement.
The multi-spoke design was developed around the G80 M3’s sharp body lines and M performance character. The spoke layout balances brake visibility, structural presence, and visual proportion — providing enough openness to showcase the M Compound brake system while maintaining the aggressive appearance expected from an M platform.
The Silver finish delivers a clean OEM+ appearance, complementing stock vehicles as well as lowered and aero-equipped builds.
Installation is direct bolt-on. The wheels utilize the OEM 5x112 bolt pattern, 66.6 mm hub-centric bore, and factory-style conical seats without requiring adapter rings.
Vehicle Response
Built from lightweight forged aluminum, the Forgex Speed front wheel weighs 10.3 kg, while the rear wheel weighs 11.4 kg.
Compared with typical OEM cast wheel configurations, the reduced wheel weight helps lower rotational mass and optimize suspension response. The result is improved steering feedback, more consistent wheel control, and enhanced overall vehicle balance.
The staggered diameter approach — 19-inch front for precise steering response and 20-inch rear for increased rear tire capacity — is engineered around the G80 M3 chassis and the torque delivery of the BMW S58 engine.
This configuration provides a performance-focused stance while maintaining the driving characteristics expected from the M platform.
Manufacturing & Quality
Every Forgex Speed forged wheel is manufactured in-house using 6061-T6 aluminum billet and a 12,000-ton closed-die forging process.
The forging process optimizes material strength and fatigue resistance before each wheel is CNC-machined to final specifications.
Before production, wheel designs undergo FEA simulation to validate structural performance. During manufacturing, each wheel passes multiple inspection stages, including dimensional measurement, radial and lateral runout testing, and balance verification.
Every wheel is serialized and traceable to its forging batch.
Production follows TUV-certified standards, with compliance available for JWL, VIA, and DOT requirements according to market specifications.
All Forgex Speed forged wheels are backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
